our team and provide sales support to covert leads into our valued clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Negotiate and manage sales closures
- Be aware of latest market trends, property values and competitor activities.
- Daily reports and communications.
Client Management:
- Be a good listener and understand client requirements and provide mutually beneficial solutions.
- Actively prospect potential clients and build strong relationships.
- Address client’s post-sales inquiries /concerns
Organizational Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
Problem-Solving:
- Ability to anticipate needs, solve problems, and make decisions adhering to company laws.
Initiative:
- Proactive mindset, self -motivated with a positive attitude and have a willingness to take on new responsibilities.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant sales experience from a real estate industry or in a similar role
- Excellent verbal communication skills English, Kannada and Hindi is must
- Well-versed with current market trends and knowledge of the local markets
- Willing to work on weekends (compensatory holiday can be availed during the week)
