our team and provide sales support to covert leads into our valued clients.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales:

  • Generate leads and convert them into sales.
  • Negotiate and manage sales closures
  • Be aware of latest market trends, property values and competitor activities.
  • Daily reports and communications.

Client Management:

  • Be a good listener and understand client requirements and provide mutually beneficial solutions.
  • Actively prospect potential clients and build strong relationships.
  • Address client’s post-sales inquiries /concerns

Organizational Skills:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

Problem-Solving:

  • Ability to anticipate needs, solve problems, and make decisions adhering to company laws.

Initiative:

  • Proactive mindset, self -motivated with a positive attitude and have a willingness to take on new responsibilities.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant sales experience from a real estate industry or in a similar role
  • Excellent verbal communication skills English, Kannada and Hindi is must
  • Well-versed with current market trends and knowledge of the local markets
  • Willing to work on weekends (compensatory holiday can be availed during the week)
