Within the Homes business, we cater to three distinct segments of the residential market namely, Super Luxury, Luxury, and Premium. Our product range encompasses an array of offerings, including self-owned resorts, duplexes, row houses, villas, and apartments of varying sizes. We have pioneered the groundbreaking concept of developing residential properties in pristine locations, allowing owners to derive returns on investment by converting them into resorts when unoccupied. Having a committed team of specialists, we have effectively finished a project that covers 13 acres, successfully concluding Phase 1. Presently, both Phase 2 and Phase 3 are actively underway, ensuring a smooth advancement toward our goal of promoting sustainable and eco-friendly living.
