join our team and provide sales support to covert leads into our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales:

  • Generate leads and convert them into sales.
  • Negotiate and manage complex sales closures
  • Analyze current market trends, property values and competitor activities and legal regulations
  • Develop sales strategies to increase sales figures
  • Daily reports and communications.

Client Management:

  • Be a good listener and understand client requirements and provide mutually beneficial solutions.
  • Actively prospect potential clients, build, and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Establish long -term partnerships

Leadership Skills:

  • Lead the sales team and provide guidance
  • Mentor the sales team to achieve set targets
  • Educate the team on the latest market trends

Organizational Skills:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Problem-Solving:

  • Ability to anticipate needs, stay ahead of the curve and embrace new strategies, solve problems, and make
    decisions adhering to company laws.

Initiative:

  • Proactive mindset, self -motivated with a positive attitude and have a willingness to take on new responsibilities.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant sales experience from a real estate industry
  • Excellent verbal communication skills English, Kannada and Hindi is must
  • Good people management skills, or handled a team
  • Well-versed with current market trends and knowledge of the local markets
  • Willing to work on weekends (compensatory holiday can be availed during the week)
