We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our team and provide crucial support to our leadership in daily operations.


Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

  • Manage and coordinate the executive’s calendar, appointments, and meetings.
  • Handle incoming emails, phone calls, and inquiries, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Daily reports and communications.

Daily Operations:

  • Assist in the coordination and execution of daily business operations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
  • Track project timelines and deliverables, providing regular updates to the executive.

Documentation and Filing:

  • Maintain organized and up-to-date electronic and physical files.
  • Prepare and organize documents for meetings, presentations, and reports and ensure all are in centralized place for access.

Event Coordination:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Coordinate logistics, invitations, and follow-up activities.

Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and relevant topics.
  • Summarize findings and present information in a clear and concise manner.

Site visits and client interactions:

  • Need to be flexible to travel within and outstation for regular site visits as required.

Organizational Skills:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills:

Problem-Solving:

  • Ability to anticipate needs, solve problems, and make decisions independently.

Initiative:

  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to take on new responsibilities

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills English, Kannada and Hindi is must
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant productivity tools
